Mr. Walter King Jr., 74, of Bentonia died May 26, 2018 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.

Funeral services are Saturday, June 2 at 11 a.m. at Temple Love M.B. Church in Benton with Rev. Larry Bledsoe officiating. Burial will follow at Bull’s Cemetery in Benton.

Gene Ford Roark, born June 12, 1925 in Owensboro, KY, went to be with The Lord May 28, 2018.

Visitation will be Friday, June 1 beginning at 9:30 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. at Stricklin-King Funeral Home.

James Raiford Potter, 84, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 at The Martha Coker Green Homes in Yazoo City.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 30 at Center Ridge Baptist Church with visitation one hour prior.
